What I LOVED was when I called them about a year ago and canceled my account which was almost 400.00 per year. I'd paid IBash for three years. The person asked if I could tell him why I was canceling and I LAID it on him.
If you have a paying account don't get mad,get EVEN and CANCEL the freakin thing.
