This is in answer to GABEH over on the dark-side board. I copy it here in the off chance they may delete it over there. There have been many deletions over there by Admin with no recourse. Here is the post.
Since Hock may have to work late please allow me to take a shot at this. He may wish to add when he gets home.
When he said IMO I can only assume he is like many who have received the information in the NDA and as such feel , in our opinion , the PPS is low because this is not your run of the mill penny with millions and millions of outstanding shares.
There is only 55,000 shares here to have beside those held by a billionaire.
They are making money and it looks as if each quarter will be better in that department.
Many are coming to find this company and see we have no debt and a 39 million dollar tax carry forward write off.
It looks to many as if , in our opinion, the stock is priced very low.
Since the ask is still about $0.30 pre split per share anyone may feel that's low.
