Very true Noopners, but HIMR provided the timeline. Now if you told your employees you were going to have a decision on the JV last week or last month, and you failed to produce such an agreement, then the fault is yours. In such a case, it behooves one to communicate why the delay has occurred and provide guidance as to when or if the agreement might eventually be made. Perhaps an obstacle developed preventing the JV you mentioned. Do you tell your workers to just shut up and not ask any more questions? In my opinion, that seems more than just a little unreasonable, and I would not think well of any employer who said that to me. After all, the company an employee works for is "their" company whether the employer feels that way or not. For most employees, their employment is their livelihood and the support for their families.
I suspect your message is merely one of patience, and I agree we must have patience. But HIMR did not file on the required date (this has been an ongoing problem for HIMR), they asked for a delay and they got one, and they missed that date too. HIMR said they would have big news (game changing news) this week or next week the latest. So in my opinion, they must Sh** or get off the pot (excuse my French). Peter Meier asked that investors hold their feet to the fire. So lets do that. I can live with a delay, but I must know why my money is sitting dormant. Otherwise, my patience begins to wear thin.
