$XNRG It is the policy of Xun Energy, Inc. and all its subsidiaries, affiliates, and associated companies, to conduct business in a socially responsible and ethical manner that protects the environment and the safety of our workers. Our operator, Vencedor Energy Partners, will be maintaining our operations in a clean environment. They have an exemplary track record with the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection. For example, our AFE for the 30 oil and gas well locations include new tanks to store the oil before pickup by the refinery and pit linings to avoid contaminating the surface soil. Our AFE includes haulage of waste water at an approved disposal site.
