That's what IR told me as well. Who cares about the bashers. Theres probably nothing comapny can do that's a quick fix for the bashers.I don't want them getting into a long lengthy legal battle.  Honestly I'd rather see the company build itself, become more transparent and share price rise. Benz could file a lawsuit tomorrow. Whats that change? Nothing. I doubt that will make people start slapping the ask.
