IR says Q2.1 within two weeks. This gives them time to issue audited fins. Darren IR said, "Fins and websites are top priority." That's more reason I'm thinking Q2.1 will be audited.
I also think Q2.1 is going to turbocharge this stock.
1) IR Darren is very motivated and excited by SK.
2) He says SK "has been going a thousand miles per hour building the business."
3) Darren also assured shareholders "all the contracts and revenues are 100% legitimate."
4) He says that by addressing the transparency issues, investor confidence will be gained, just need better clarity on the quarterly.
5) Put nos. 1 - together, it's very positive Q2.1 could change the ball game and stimulate a lot of fresh buying of SK . That's why the shorts are probably biting their toenails. And some of those toenails, blech!
Ok, then there's some great news in PR.
As of July 2013, the Company's recipes and brands can be found in over 58 medical cannabis dispensaries throughout California.
The Company is undertaking strategies to ensure that the number of retail points selling these licensed products continues to grow aggressively in the coming months.
A. Mayor, President SK3 Group, said, "Mass distribution in the States that are now selling medical cannabis is the key to the growth of the company, and ultimately the revenue, and we feel we are making great strides toward that end."

Media coverage- They are holding off on Larry King and other big interviews until websites are up, financials reworked and more transparency is brought.
Websites- They are working on getting these all updated and we should see them completed in around 2 weeks.
Conference call- Look for a video conference call with Allyn sometime in September. More like mid to late September.
