The bottom line here is that BMSN will only move once it receives good news from the FDA allowing HEmaxellerate to go into trials as an ORPHAN drug. That binary event will put all of your fears and concerns away. And at that point, pray that the therapy works in humans. Because if it does, and those in the trial are cured where other known therapies failed, you'll be too busy complaining about how to manage all the money you just made. Hemaxellerate has the potential to be a BLOCKBUSTER therapy with wide ranging uses. With big pharmas desperate for the next big drug/therapy, BMSN could make out like a bandit.
But again, two big hurdles remain. Orphan approval and success in the trial. Also be aware that even if the trial is successful, the FDA might ask for more if questions arise.
Until then--meaning word from FDA--, BMSN is dead in the water.
