Here's some DD I dug up last night. Each spin-off will result in a dividend of the spin-off business’s stock to Blue Water’s loyal shareholders while simultaneously enhancing Blue Water’s overall balance sheet. This strategic alliance is expected to yield one to two spin-offs per fiscal year. $BLUU
