The problem as I see it you don't know what an Asset Purchase Agreement is. It is not my job to educate you so please do your research so we don't have to explain things to you. Rod's shares would not be included in any volume figures for the month of Oct because of the Asset Purchase Agreement!
Nothing to add up.
