As holders of the preferred shares, we have what will be used to reconstitute the float of the newly restructured CDFT.
In the meantime, there was that incredible reverse split that wiped put all of the day traders and the shorts and all of the odd/round lots (folks that were not closely following CDFT). Afterwards, there were just a few thousand shares left - probably under 10K MAXIMUM.
The few shares you see trading gives a hint of what is to come after the successful S-1 Registration Filing. L2 shows that yesterday there were at least 3 MM's that had shares for sale in the $30's...
Think about how this pretty much shows that the value is going to be there when we are allowed to sell our shares which I will sell through whoever is chosen by CDFT as the Underwriter/Promoter team. They will command the best price for our shares.
Debt-Free CDFT - never underestimate the power of that one aspect as folks with money and in the know place a premium on that type of entity.
