Pretty funny stuff indeed. That is what's known as a desperation bid and is an attempt to get buyers to step in front of it. That bidder is most likely also the seller at 0.0007 too. Nobody shows that kind if interest if they really want shares, they just take them. It's one of the oldest tricks in the books but still seems to work.
Every time I see that I'm reminded of what a shame it is that we can't short on a down tick.
