I only believe it might have something to do with himr because the article mentions the fish. None of Alana husby's articles mention the extracting trees to help the fishing industry of the kuna tribe if I'm not mistaken. But himr mentioned tilapia fishing and tree extraction. So this is why I think atleast it is possible this article could be about himr. Plus this article came out 3 days after himr's last pr mentioning the final draft of the concession contract on aug. 14th, the article came out on aug. 17th. Jmot.
