Short sellers can wash trade the short position from broker to broker.
It's known as ex-clearing and criminals do it all the time before the end
of month FINRA short reporting. Ex clearing allows for stock to move
between one brokerage to another without passing through the DTC.
The problem in CYBK is we have some stuck short MMs or a group
that is buying on the bid and stacking the ask trying to create a wall.
They are doing this to make it appear to be dilution when it is not.
The float is 13.5m shares and remains unchanged and will continue
remaining unchanged. Us bigger longs own near 10m shares in total,
So the reason for the wash trading manipulation is because none of us
bigger players are selling, nor will we sell. The folks stuck short wash trading
are desperate and they are going to lose a bunch of money with the coming
filings and news. The ask slapping that many of us will be doing is going to
completely devastate the criminals who are manipulating the stock on the
lowest volume week of the year.
To give you a clue who they are.... They all post negatively on that other message board... Ummm...forgot the name of it.. Lol... No matter they will soon be out of business IMO.
