WRONG AGAIN - that post was cut and pasted directly from the filings and I guess you just failed to find the correct information again!
Just saying - it does take a bit of intelligent research and knowing how to read the filings, something pinkie investors are not familiar with!
Maybe you can do better if you take a look at a real mine with infrastructure already in place and being prepared for production.
See the building that is the SX/EW Electrowinning plant that will be expanded to 8M lbs a year from 5.4M lbs.
All the necessary equipment to expand it was purchased when Copper Mesa, put James Stonehouse in charge of returning the mine to production. Sadly the collapse of Asencion Copper due to the loss of their mining project in Ecuador prevented him for returning the mine to production.
BUT SIRG is in control with an outstanding CEO who has made great strides since the beginning of 2012 to return the mine to production in 2013.
Below is Rod addressing the locals and BLM agents at a town hall meeting held in Chloride in June.
