The quick & dirty solid DD from this:
Our boys are on it and passionate about the cause. They are receptive to errors they have made and willing to take action to correct it. These errors mainly being the handling of PR/need for credibility in financials. The financials need some correcting, I'm guessing that is the PR delay. Sounds like this is for the good of transparency.
Darryll is in this for long term, not a short term promo. He has a history of working for legitimate companies and helping them grow long term.
He is honest. Mistakes have been made, but not critical mistakes. Just silly OTC shit. Nothing that is damaging to the company.
He says they do not wish to engage the bashers on the boards as it fuels them. I expressed that it's an issue that must be addressed if they want to be successful.
Other stuff was nothing we didn't know. But here's the thing...the pieces are clearly falling into place and these guys have big goals. Ambitious.
What I stressed is that credibility is what this stock needs, plain and simple. If they gain that, we're golden.
