Directly copied from The 10K filed on April 15, 2011 shows that Rod and his 5277 Partners still owned the 9,700,000 shares as of April 15, 2011 thus he DID NOT SELL 30% of his shares as you falsely claimed.
Rod was neither an officer nor was he a member of the BOD on April 15, 2011. He was a beneficial investor in SIRG.
