"The Company is still working with TNC."  What this says is that the reason Treaty's production is not being posted by the TRRC is the fault of TNC, and not Treaty's.  Wonder what the heck is wrong with those guys at TNC?  Maybe a lot of the problem is actually with them, and Treaty is suffering from TNC's lack of management, or carelessness, whichever shoe fits.  That's too bad when someone you partner with doesn't show the professionalism to get all of the job done, and having reporting in place should be part of the well completion job in my opinion.  Maybe anyone posting or reading on this board who knows the management at TNC should get after them a little and give Treaty some assistance.  After all, it might help your investment edge higher in value.  How about it?
