(OTCQB:SMDI), announced today that it had retained leading investment banking, securities and investment management firm, Maxim Group LLC, to provide financial advisory and investment banking services. Maxim will focus on assisting Stratus in its strategies for maximizing shareholder value through its full scope of investment banking services.
