I think everyone will find this court case of interest and it should be a warning to people who post false information such as calling SIRG a scam, posting that Rod had sold shares without filing a Form 4, lying on financial forms, etc., false statements and defamation by libel by his posts. Here are a few of the posts that are clearly libelous.

Start a scam company, run it on false hope, rumors and exaggerations. Kind of like sirg has seemingly done, and maybe you will get lucky. But in the end the lenders will get their money back plus some, usually on the backs of company investors.

So you are saying that the company has been lying itheir SEC filings? But then again, many things have been called "wrong again" only to be proven very RIGHT again.
