Hi, Integracer. You have mostly misunderstood the thrust of my post, or probably I should have expressed myself in greater detail. What you are saying now about knowing "exactly which past creditor by old management was issued c class shares and how many" is something that HIMR management would do well to announce, and the sooner the better.
My point was directed against against the MMs. In checking trades out (on Time&Sales) we have so often seen that the sequence of recorded trades is simply not matched by what is to be found on the ask on Level II. As far as I know, that is a form of manipulation, deliberately misleading and illegal. I have come across it with other penny stocks, but it seems to have been a major problem here. For that reason I am glad to see that the buys today have been reflected in the number of shares left on the ask.
