Found this when I was researching last night, thought you guys might want to see it. Follow up with the patient will be conducted for two (2) years at the following intervals: 2 weeks, 3, 6, 12, 18 and 24 months post procedure. This data will be collected and reported by a patient/study employee of ISCI or by the treating physician. $CIHN
