MSJ Specialises in ..... Yup people don't get

Yup people don't get what is going on behind the scenes - MSJ is negotiating the same kind of deal to sell both mining concessions or maybe even all of the others also owned by SRGE to a larger multinational - the kind that won't the roblem arranging finance or already has a huge cash pile!
As has been said to me by rjbluesky, this is exactly what MSJ specialises in. They prepare all the reports on the prospectivity of a mining asset they hold a licence to. Next what they then do is either sell it on to a third party depending on what they find, or go into a joint venture.
Either way, Mexico seems to truly have some exceptional natural resources available and its proximity to the USA make it a strong candidate for US and Canadian companies to expand easily by buying mining assets there and enter into joint ventures to operate and develop those mining projects there.
So I'd guess that SRGE is far more likely to have at least sold Cinco Minas and Gran Cabrera already. They will quite likely be negotiating the sale of the rest of SRGE's mining assets as ALL of them were transferred back to MSJ.
So, if MSJ was not going to compensate SRGE shareholders why didn't they dissolve and de-list the company in February? Then they could have made a "clean sweep" of it and dealt with all outstanding matters relating to SRGE.
However, a lot of the board of MSJ also no doubt hold shares in SRGE as well. Then there's the Mexican politicians as well - local and national. It's so simple, if you want your mining permits to run smoothly in Mexico you don't short change such important shareholders unless you and your company are clearly on a suicide mission!
So, it makes sense to pay a nice dividend to ALL shareholders, so that they can all legitimately benefit from it as well. Or, they could even pay off all the debts of SRGE and distribute all of the remaining funds, to all shareholders .
I still think we will see the original minimum special dividend of 20 cents, or maybe a whole lot more.
