If MSJ ever wants to get a mining permit in Mexico ever again, they will ensure those shareholders and all of the rest of us by default receive some kind of compensation from the sale of the mining properties.
Next, as the world economy gears up and the demand for natural resources starts to rise, MSJ will need to borrow money on the international capital markets to develop it's extensive mining properties - which are located ALL OVER THE WORLD!!!
So, if MSJ try to borrow money from ANY organisation, any organisation at all, but, haven't compensated SRGE shareholders (which after all was the original plan)with the money they receive from the outright sale of the SRGE mining properties, and maybe try to issue shares to a Merchant Bank for sums of money received, or to a commercial lender, they will basically head for the hills.
If MSJ was to do that, (which it is so obvious it won't) the only way they would be able to borrow money would be limited to a charge on the physical assets of the company or a direct charge on the mining properties concerned.
Why did they close down their SRGE office - because they didn't need it any more.
Why didn't they need it any more? Simply because, the assets were transferred to SRGE to keep them safe from any judgement that might be handed down to MSJ in its action action BGL.
When MSJ was sure that there was no chance of BGL wining its case against them, instead of maintaining SRGE as a separate shell, to hold those assets and negotiate their sale to a third party, they transferred them back to MSJ to continue negotiating the outright sale of those assets, which has been the plan all along.
Saying scam does not really deal with any of these issues. If I were SRGE I'd have changed my number and not publicised it as well!
Otherwise who knows what abusive person would call up to say the same to them. All it would do is hamper their ability to carry on their day to day business .
