THIS IS WHAT I SEE HAPPENING WITH SNDY...

There are very few people that see the big picture with SNDY. This is what I see and why I have taken such a large stake in the company. I'm a business man. And as a business you have to find where the value is in the company. SNDY has carved out a great business model. Let me explain what I see happening.

Big companies will want the products SNDY has to offer. They could care less about the share price or SNDY total sales. I'll give you an example. In 1997 I developed a nitrous nozzle for racing. The first race I went to after installing my new nitrous nozzles I set the world record. I never let anyone see it, nor did I sell any nitrous nozzles to anyone. In 2001 Edelbrock Inc. had heard I had designed and built a nitrous nozzle and they knew we was one of the fastest nitrous cars competing on the NMCA circuit. Edelbrock contacted me about wanting to buy my nitous nozzle. I flew out to met Vic Edlebrock and struck up a deal with them giving them the rights to sell my nitrous nozzle. The stipulation, it had to be able to get a patented. I told him that was not going to be a problem and indeed I received my patent. I did a licenses agreement with Edelbrock for as long as they wanted and sold them rights to build, market and sell my nitrous nozzle. It cost Edlebrock over $100,000 and agreed to pay me 5% royalities on ever nozzle sold for as long as they want to keep selling them. I never have to touch it, market it or sell it, I just collect money every month from the sales.

Now understand this. I never sold one nozzle to anyone, zero sales. But they called my and wanted what I had to offer and paid me a premium price because it was a proven product and they wanted it. I told them they would spend 100's of thousands on R&D and never develope what I had built.

I can see the exact same thing happening with SNDY. Most people are missing out on one very important part of the SNDY story. And that is the products, those very valuable patents, and the CE Mark certificate. SNDY has spent 100's of thousands of dollars for all the R&D, patents, and CE Mark cert. I truly believe there are companies that will want to make them a premium offer to buy what SNDY has to offer. There are many companies that would love to do a merger or acq. with them to add SNDY product line to what they are selling now. Either one is a major win for SNDY.

Bob is 71 years old and does not want to work forever. He has built up all their great products and wants to sell them to the highest bidder where he can retire or merger them into another company were he can sit back and watch what he built up grow. Share price want matter in this case, A/S want matter, what will matter is the product they have to offer. Bob's daughter, Amanda, has given up almost 10 years of her life to help bring this company to where they have wanted to be. And they will have that in just a few short months.  In a buyout or merger Bob and the rest of the insiders will be well rewarded and so will those holding shares of SNDY. That is what will happen IMO. Bob is going to make sure his daughter is taken care of for her efforts in making this possible. That is what good fathers do, take care of their children.

T
hat is why I have been buying millions of shares over the past 18 months and will buy millions more between now and November. This has buyout or merger/acq. written all over it!!

Take care my friends,
Mike
