There is nothing pushed back to December, why do I know that?
Because if all they wanted to do is delayng, why in the world would they spend more money and hire Emergo Group!
Emergo group is in essence hired for the phase after CE mark got obtained!
If they would play delay taktics, then Emergo wouldve not been hired at all!
Thats how simple that is! Very logical! Rational! Makes sense!
