Be extremely careful about stating that Rod lied or failed to tell the truth - those potentially libelous statements are not protected by the First Amendment!
Rod bought the 9,700,000 shares as a private investment - clearly after the 6/1 FORWARD SPLIT. That is a fact. Whatever was reported by the previous CEO or accounting firm, both no longer connected to SIRG does not matter.
The fact is that Rod still owns those 9,700,000 shares that he purchased as an investment and the fact is he could have sold them in Jan of 2011 for over .50. The FACT that he did not sell shows his commitment to SIRG and it's success. Clearly he knew the individuals involved and the mine or he would not have invested over $1,000,000.
