Do you really think the bashers will not call them after they are announced and try to kill any deal in place? They are bashers... that's what they do. When confronted with an obstacle... you figure a way past it.
Again... a business should not let the bashers dictate sound business decisions. Facts, and results are the best defense against bashers !
