UWRL is very close to completing its highly anticipated merger with Indian company, Key TechnoLabs Pvt. Ltd. The company announced in July that Technoloabs is in the process of sending over its signed letter of intent toconsummate the merger. Once this is confirmed the markets is expected to respond favourably towards UWRL’s growth potential.
