A federal employee who obtains weapons and ammunition for his employer, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, moonlights as the “ Irritated Genie ,” an angry, “hate filled,” anti-gay, anti-white, black nationalist who prepares others for the “coming race war.”
Ayo Kimathi is known as the Irritated Genie and runs a website called, “ War on the Horizon ,” which advocates “the mass murder of whites and the ‘ethnic cleansing’ of ‘black-skinned Uncle Tom race traitors,’” a report from the Southern Poverty Law Center’s “Hatewatch” blog said.
Because ICE is a law enforcement division of Homeland Security, Kimathi needed official agency permission to engage in “outside activities.”
He obtained said permission by using only the acronym of his website “WOH” and claimed it was entertainment based to sell “videos of concerts and lectures.”
A former supervisor discovered Kimathi’s website in June and was “stunned,” she told Hatewatch, adding, “To see the hate, to know that he is a federal employee, it bothered me.”
According to the website:
War on the Horizon (WOH) is a Haitianist organization created for the purpose of preparing Black people worldwide for an unavoidable, inevitable clash with the white race. whites around the world are absolutely determined to exterminate Afrikan people in all corners of the Earth.
As a result of this reality, WOH has dedicated our time and expertise to properly educating Black people to prepare for Racial Warfare. … We’ll See You on the Battlefield!
Besides calling for the murder “of a lot of whites,” the website blames whites for the “effeminization” of black men, saying whites want black men to be gay so they are weaker when the international race war comes.
According to Hatewatch, the website has an enemies list that includes President Obama:
It includes, among others, Rev. Al Sharpton, Lil Wayne, Oprah Winfrey, Whoopi Goldberg, Condoleezza Rice, Colin Powell, who he calls “Colon,” and even President Obama, “a treasonous mulatto scum dweller … who will fight against reparations for Black people in amerikkka, but in favor of fag rights for freaks in amerikkka and Afrika.”
Incredibly, one of Kimathi’s official duties for ICE is public speaking on behalf of small business owners, “white, black, historically disadvantaged, disabled veteran-owned, everybody,” the supervisor told Hatewatch. “And he’s very good at it. He has a commanding presence. He’s very suave.”
However, the supervisor did say Kimathi’s co-workers were afraid of him. “People are afraid he will come in with a gun someday and go postal,” she said. “I am astounded, he’s employed by the federal government, let alone Homeland Security.”
ICE Deputy Press Secretary Gillian Christensen gave a statement to The Atlantic about this story, but she would not say if the agency was investigating Kimathi.
The statement read:
ICE does not condone any type of hateful rhetoric or advocacy of violence of any kind against anyone. Every ICE employee is held to the highest standard of professional and ethical conduct. Accusations of misconduct are investigated thoroughly and if substantiated, appropriate action is taken.
