Its only inside information if he hasn't released it to the public. Mr. Samblis has made a business decision to not release any information about the current actions and plans of the company to the investing public, nor this board (which could be considered public also). Most investors at this point would ask... how's that business decision working at this point???
Although the plan to only release new information in a formal press release was a noble one... at some point one would need to realize that plan is not working and try something different. AND... if Mr. Samblis is truly sticking to that plan, then logic would dictate there is noting to report. If there is noting new to report at this time, so close to the "launch" date... we may all be doomed.
And lastly... if its "shorty" (most likely bashers) he's concerned about... the prudent action to take would be to release actual facts. Facts are hard to argue (and bash). Lacking facts, the bashers are free to make up their own "facts" and post such everywhere. Bashers are always going to bash, and the facts (if any) will need to come out at some point... and they will bash then also. To allow your business plan to be hijacked by bashers is in fact giving in to them. If the company's business plans are being dictated by the bashers, again, we may all be doomed.
