$WPNV Thank you for your input ,we never understood how being flagged by Finra for so many days they never covered the shorts ,once the press release came  out last week it was obvious that they were feeding the shorts shares through some sort of dilutive means , the company has a duty to regain back what it  lost credabilty  by the share holders ,dilution is never a good thing for any share holder ,why they chose the company to do this is either stupid or they are desparate,either way one must step back and say "do they know what there doing "  this error is not a small errror ,but its a error they can correct ,and not by lip service by some investor relations company on there behalf ,at this point we have a convertible debenture and no public announement they they discontinue this sort of funding,i would suggest most that are share holders of this stock to contact the company  and ask for explanation in regards why they did this funding? and also what they intend to do to cease this type of funding ,which is dilution nothing more ,till then i suggest that company needs to make a public announcement in regards to this and committ to end this practice and MAYBE just MAYBE they restore faith back ,till then all they did was do a underhanded type of dilutive funding that went against every share holder in favour of the shorts and there own pockets ,im sorry there is no sugar quoting what they have done
