Appreciate your explaining this comment you made about SIRG.
Rod will no doubt make sure his pre-CEO investment is repaid, but he won't be doing the same for us common shareholders.
Please explain how Rod can sell his shares and recover his investment without the common shareholders benefiting. That one has me a bit confused so please help.
"Debt is piling up" - just like the government but not quite as fast! Anyone who ever started or ran a business knows that it takes money to make money.
Even a kid opening a lemonade stand needs to borrow money, from his parents or his piggybank, he needs money to buy the lemonade mix and cups to serve it in. He needs to borrow a table and a couple of chairs, probably a tablecloth and a cooler. He will need ice to keep it cold and in most communities, he will need to spend money to apply for a permit! Every company needs funds to get their operations underway and build their business.
SIRG investors are realistic and know this, many of them own or owned companies of their own. They built them (not the government) and they know what it takes.
With a projected cost of $1.18 to produce a lb. of copper and copper selling at $3.36 a lb. that produces a nice cash flow and SIRG's share price will be based on EPS a year from now.
Like most of the SIRG investors, this is a long term investment for me and we are all used to the elevator drops in the share price due to the wide spread on the bid/ask.
