Since no new SIRG investors have showed up on the old board it does not appear that there are any "new" investors, especially any that are down 66%. The fact is that SIRG had a great week as it continues to hold key support levels. Many purchases are by current share holders who continue to add to their holdings.

Why the negativity if you are a SIRG investor? We have been through the dilution last Jan - March and the R/S might occur if SIRG were to apply for the new OTC trading platform that will be launched this fall as SIRG meets every requirement with the exception of the minimum share price of .25. I am sure you are aware of it if not, try a little research.

Please explain those "numerous" deadlines that have been missed. Agree the funding was not released in time for the LOI but that is one incident.

The EA was filed in July exactly as Rod stated it would be. We understand that when working with government agencies things do not always go as scheduled. Just take a look at the economy and you can see the failures of federal agencies!

I love the "our" DD - please don't take credit for DD that you did not provide.

Rod said at the Chloride meeting that production was expected to start in Jan/Feb and SIRG remains on target. They still need to move through ADEQ for more permits but that process has been under way for many months.
