Ha - I play quite a bit of soccer, have played in several places around the country - southern California I played for a team with a Mexican coach. After having both my big toenails torn off and darn near broken big toes he gave me this ointment used for racing horses' joints.  He said to spread this gnarly petroleum product smelling grease allover for a few days and damn did my blown toes return to health in no time!  As far as I can tell I got superb healing from a vet product with no side effects... made me wonder... makes one wonder...
