Tell me what you think, but Ive been researching for days on possible ships that peter could be using for this 5 day cruise out of Istanbul. I think I have finally found one that matches the description, and know exactly why he did not release the name of the ship/owner..
Check out the second ship down on this link it gives it no name and took me hours to find the name of the ship..

When I finally found the name of the ship it lead me to this publicly traded company in Honk Kong who owns the ship and operates gambling cruises.. http://www.successug.com/eng/global/home.htm
which then leads me to this website http://www.successcruises.com/
The ship was for sale a few years ago and when they are for sale they wipe the names and logos in the pictures when they list them. I think peter may have worked a deal with the company for split revs.
Well he never gave a name of the ship that will be leaving out of instanbul for the 5 day one time charter, but i have came across this..

This is the company that owns the m/v porto, shes in lisbon right now in refit it looks like. I sent them an email not long ago asking if they will be chartering the porto this winter to PV ent/ hydraiki. http://vmf-cruiseshipsandliners.blogspot.com/...it-in.html
Looks like this company owns quite a few ships but is having some financial issues getting going. I can see them chartering to Peter for pennies on the dollar just to get revenues coming in to there company as well..
There is also another ship I have found that matches the description of a possible one for the Turkish Charter: http://www.majesticcruises.gr/
http://www.majesticcruises.gr/about.html
M/V OCEAN MONARCH:
Is possibly available for charter and holds approximately the same number of passengers as peter pr'd.
Please take this all with a grain of salt. As it is only my opinion and stuff I have found.
Majestic Cruises is based in Athens !
