WPNV its sounds like a good reply ,but its lip service ,if they intend not to use the convertible debenture the company then they should put out a press release and state that they wont be using this sort of dilutive funding ,and do this by way of a press release the same way they know how to put press releases out every Tuesday they should do it also on there cancellation of this type of funding we call it spiral death financing please read

We were never paid by the company profile this ,our only obligation is to our members ,we cannot in good conscience continue to profile a company once we found out last week through there press release that they engaged in this type of funding we are loyal to our members here is copy of last weeks press release http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/WPNV/news
we cannot go on this stock and alert our members of this stock till we have assurances that they have stopped using it ,and pledge by way of a public commitment not to ever do this again they just destroyed the stock and ,its now known as a stock with a spiral death convertible ,they are either stupid or desperate to do this type of funding either way its troubling how anyone would do this when we brought this stock up to almost 0.10 from 0.015 ,if the shorts when they were flagged by reg sho Finra ,were to go into market and buy the shares we probably be over 0.20 by now easy ,instead through this funding they let the shorts off the hook by feeding them shares at cheap prices and killed the stock ,they need now to commit to refrain from this ,the company must not the I R company who was part of bringing this type of funding in ,we are waiting to hear back by way of press release nothing less will satisfy us ,good luck to you and the rest of longs we hope company does right thing now
