No that is incorrect. Several of us loaned money to the private company to go public. As for the Float increasing from 4.5M shares to now 13.5M shares, CC will be providing the details on who received those 9M shares that went into the float. My suspicion is that a large amount went to Pierce simply because a shell was bought and buying a shell costs money. Business 101 !
Audited financials coming will detail everything that went on including other private loans, like the 4 private debtholders.
IMO - $CYBK is coming back from the float filling in a VERY big way back well above 44 cents too !
