I don't believe it is either. They were/are hard pressed to get that Q2 out and to get that great aquisition Sovereign International. Plus the other acquisitions. Top that with procurring additional mergers/contracts and going legally after the bashers.

The bashers rule for now. Hopefully criminal charges can be brought against them for stock price manipulation, wire fraud, racketeering, can be leveled against them.
