Hmm. Maybe its time to get that chill lifted hey? Either nite has an endless amount of shares or i am right about the remaining insider shares entering the float.1 billion in the OS and roughly 715 mil are needed for controlling shares of the company. What about the other 300 million? The company had only 500 mil to give. I think in order for this to work, some of the restricted, roughly 450 mil outstanding from the previous 900 mil OS, had to be bought as well. Hard to beleive this Korean company would buy more than was needed to control AGIJ. Nor do i beleive a deal would be struck allowing those insiders to hang onto the rest of those that they didnt need. I beleive insiders are selling what is left over after the Korean company acquired what was needed. Any takers?
