I know. I'm thinking Rubicon is an IR of convenience, nonfunctional by intent. If Benz was getting swamped with hundreds of inquiries he could not legally answer, give it over to black hole with a fancy name attached. In this business, in a legal grey area and attacked by wolves at every turn, how can you answer anything but superficial questions?
