I know if it was me I'd ask myself ok these guys wanna buy me out and give me 5mil shares of SKTO at an avg price of .012? Hmm ok tell me why the heck I would do that when my company is potentially worth millions or already is? (pssspsssh whisper) Ooohhh ok hell yeah I'll get paid in shares!
