since you keep calling yourself a sucker perhaps you need encouragement or info so:
you're not a sucker if theres any logic left- pps does not reflect fundamentals,it reflects games beginning w shorters shout fire to otc of jan 2011 promo-when there was none-so without any further investigation than looking at charts and volume (I personally spoke w them on the phone) slapped old ce (which they do w a lot of companies to encourage/pressure them to upgrade to current class partly because for profit non reg otc profits from filings) assuming a massive newsletter promo- a no no unless current classification-as a purposeful shorter strategy to cut off new buyers,and dtc games without explanation and sec apparently greenlighting dtc brokers ctc etc because of a political agenda of a powerful politician who thought business was evil and he was impotent to do anything re small business so sicked sec etc on small defenseless pennies
spot value of inventory as per inventories conservatively estimated vs traditional ratios by grajekk and myself and others plus equipment etc could be UP TO 100 million or more and market cap is less than 3.5 million-which is only ca 1/2 value of equipment alone
I've seen 20 dollar stocks w negative book value and negative income -penny stocks are usually overvalued via a fundamental perspective w an average spec PE of maybe 50-which would put CWRN in the stratosphere
CWRN is so low because this past perfect storm blocked market forces
Brad, as PR notes, is planning on imminent financials/ sec reg statement and prospectus which will remove these market restrictions and allow market forces to do their thing w this incredibly undervalued stock
will be at least current classification as apparent planned uplisting to OTCBB is completed,which will greatly increase the pool of investors heretofore almost completely blocked by political etc games and this larger pool will be able to see the value via financials
this pps is usually only seen in a miner w no prospecting, let alone trenching, let alone any drill holes (CWRN has 73- not 1 dry) let alone production, let alone income, let alone net income, let alone high profit industry
