Re: MR MUTT #3222
$WPNV the company now needs to explain from last weeks press release http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/WPNV/news ,as we requested last week what kind of a convertable funding did they do, and at what price ,you cannot encourage anyone to radar a stock when the company decides now to convert and dilute ,the encouragement must come from them the companyt Mr mutt we are jjust a news letter and please read press releases when they come out
The Company qualified for this capital facility through Exelerate because of the strength of its business plans and the quality of its assets. The capital facility allows WindPower to draw down funds in tranches starting at $45,000 or more based upon a technical review by Exelerate, and as often as every 20 days.

John Myers, CEO of WindPower, said, "With this funding now secured and the funds committed, we can ensure adequate funding for the company's audit and other expenses related to becoming a fully-reporting company without using cash from our operating subsidiary." Mr. Myers further states management plans to utilize the capital facility sparingly, until its stock price appreciates significantly

these 2 pargraphs above us bother us and we find troubling as they sound like a convertiable debenture on a draw down ,what kind of funding did they do we need to know ,and also did this funding they have done and are doing let the shorts off the hook once they were caught ,i think so and it makes sense why theynever covered .we need clarification from them and we are waiting to hear all of you that are in the stock should call and ask same question what kind of funding did you do ?

We are proud to say that we profile this stock for weeks and went from 0.015 to almost 0.10 made many members money and we believe once the company clairifies its funding that it is not diluting or will stop ,this stock could move back up again we have it on watch
