Because they already knew how many shares were going to be converted, and how many they were gonna issue for acquisitions and that's all they needed. They are making precision moves here guys.
And I'm still on the fence on the whole A/R issue. Are they hiding that money for tax purposes? Are they even able to do that? I don't know the procedures as I am not an accountant for a publicly traded company!
