Further, although the FDA probably ranks up there with the IRS in terms of being a pain in the ass, the IRS does not have the pressure on it to work with people the way the FDA has on it now. There is an incredible demand on them now to make the efforts of those trying to provide safe alternative treatments to these ugly diseases available. From what the company has said, they have satisfied the FDA's requirements with their requirement being efficacy data that was generated and submitted by the company last month. Unless they have pulled some wild, unjustified request out of their rear ends, there appears to be no reason for them not to render their decision post haste. If it has not been done so already.
So, my WAG (and it took me a minute to figure out what that means. I hate to admit it, but it did), I think the decision has been rendered already or they have pulled that wild request and Q&A continues. If this is the case, I think we will be advised of such pretty soon.
