Few things to think of on the accounts receivable

Few things to think of on the accounts receivable, SKTO is supplying 15 collectives with yak and yeti products, 50 acres subleased so the collectives can grow their own pot, and Medical greens also operates as a holding and service company providing administrative, financial, legal, HR and similar services to its subsidiaries and collective clients. Obviously these 15 clients have been billed. So basic math 18 mill in accounts receivable divided by 15 collectives, each collective owes SKTO 1.2 mill dollars at this point. Right now we do not know the re-payment terms. But lets say just for the growing of the pot which takes time to harvest and sell, shipping out on consignment yak and yeti products, and taking into account the licensing, legal services and all the other stuff mentioned above, its fair to say that SKTO has lent all this out possibly on consignment and once the plants are grown and harvested and sold, yak and yeti sold and so on and so forth, monies will start coming in. SKTO could say to the collectives you go ahead and use us for our services and get paid first and once you get paid from the first round of product, you go ahead and start paying us. I say by next Q we will definitely see money on the books. Its like if you and I were drug dealers and I'm the supplier, I front you a 100 Kilos of coke, you move the product and then come back and pay me. Something to that nature. Just a thought. It would be nice to see the terms of repayment for the 15 collectives. Big things are coming though.
