Shares issued for acquisitions 40,000,000
Total shares issued and outstanding at June 30, 2013: 539,990,303
As of August 15, 2013, an additional 53,000,000 common shares were issued in conversion of
outstanding notes, resulting in total shares outstanding of 592,991,303.
There are no preferred share certificates issued but a total of 5 million preferred shares will be
issued as part of the acquisition of Medical Greens.
