Well, I must say I lost my mind earlier today when Delta posted about late filing. I instantly believed it and honestly didn't find it difficult to believe in the least. HOWEVER, I think this time around that someone is just trying to rattle our cage and they know exactly how to do it.
As for our dear friend and informant papa nasty...here's the situation: He's a crazy yankee lunatic...and I also love him like family. I've been on the phone with him for much of the day. He's a NY resident and DOES visit hq often...INCLUDING TODAY. Don't ask me to prove it, because I can't. The only time I've ever been to hq myself was when papa took me there. Can't prove that either.
Folks, Igor told papa to his face TODAY that the filing will be done on time. If tomorrow is the deadline, well, I guess we'll all know tomorrow. It might just be that the bashers are coming out of the woodwork for one last effort to fulfill their agenda...whatever that is exactly.
P.S. Most important of all: Did I mention that papa nasty is a crazy yankee lunatic. LOL! He's also my family and I love the guy. He's plugged in to this company. You can trust me (since I'm a complete stranger on the internet with a screen name I robbed from Van Halen). I CAN be trusted. FACT. LOL!
Let's take a deep breath and let's see if the 10k gets filed tomorrow.
