CWRN was allegedly financially injured by jva partner so compensation for such entity goes to CWRN- the same co-only w Brad as majority holder and CEO
To the extent Bob Sharon Shirley were separately financially injured they may receive compensation-but I dont know what those separate injuries might be
to the extent shareholders were injured by jva partners actions,the court may award compensation to shareholders-see post 4800 for part of the alleged injuries to shareholders- dont know what mechanism off the top of my head might be used to reward injured shareholders but NOBO list would presumably identify most of them
