One MMJ company I mentioned earlier filed their notice on the 15th and anticipated release on the 18th. No fins from them either so I think Anticipated release is the company's estimate when it will be done.
If it was a Nasdaq stock I'd be pulling my hair out right now, but in pinkyland this is ok as long as they get it out before it gets tier changed
